new drug in NZ? " NEM"

I've been hearing a lot of excellent reports on a drug recently started circulating in Akl referred to as "nem" these people say its better that speed as it's only 60% of the cost and a reccommended dose is half a gram, apparently it charges you just like speed, thats all I know until someone close to me tries it this weekend.
Anyone out there heard anything about this?

i don't know shit about no nz nem stuff, but if it's 60% as expensive as speed per unit, and standard dose is 1/2 a gram, speed would still kick the shit out "nem" for bang for buck - one tenth of half a gram gets me fucked... so why would u bother? just go the meth!
 
um stakka are u from nz and do u no the prices for drugs over there?? last time i was there I could buy an 8 ball in sydney at the cost of a gram over in nz
 
It depends how it's cut, it depends who you know, it depends if the sun's out or whether it's been raining in the past week...
There are too many factors involved to talk about prices - that's why it's not allowed...
So, anyone else heard of this NEM stuff?
 
did i say an actual amount?? but yeah as far as i no nz pays the most anywhere. dont no if its a good thing or a bad thing cos the wages over there are slave labour on top of that :(

Drug prices vary enormously from place to place, and there are many variables involved. You won't get an accurate price on anything by asking on the internet.
Please lets just stick to the topic and see if we can figure out WHAT this drug 'nem' is. The price is immaterial, because as soon as a drug dealer thinks they have the slightest edge on you (even inventing a new name for a drug to put you on the back foot in the self-confidence stakes), they'll bump up the price.
First checks if you can obtain a tiny sample of this drug, would be to try a Marquis test. At least that way you'll know if it's a commonly tested drug masquerading under an uncommon name/purity.

a higher price doesn't isn't necessarily a bad thing, theres quite a few reasons as to why its good.
 
I've seen the barbiturate Nembutal referred to as "Nemb", though it is a CNS depressant rather than stimulant. Don't know about barbiturates, but I've certainly felt speedy from strong alcohol.
 
you mean nemesis? as in the horrible legal stimulant that leaves you jittery for the next week... um dont even bother
 
nemisis. you can get it anywhere in auckland you can get legal highs...just ask the shopkeeper, who will say its really good and it charges just like speed but you know, just another *legal* high.
 
Well done on solving the mystery, but the sources arn't needed. We have a blanket no sources policy whether its a legal or illegal substance in this forum :)

Anyone got any ideas what this could be?
My suspicion is that it's another "Herbal Ecstacy", main ingredients being Ephedra, a plant extract, or Guarana...
That's just my guessing though, till we actually get a chance to examine one, we'll never know.
 
might be "Hummer" which I have been told is an illegal version of the legal "nemisis" or "nemi" however i fail to see how you can chemically alter a legal product and make it illegal if there are no illegal substances in the original product. Sorry I cant be more help, but if your searches for "nem" are fruitless, you might want to look at "hummer" which could be the same thing.

It's supposed to be big in Wellington, according to a previous post. I'll go check out our local headshop and see if they know wtf it is.
 
OK - the headshop didn't have nemesis, but they had frenzy which is by the same manufacturers. The guy selling it was quite passionate about it, he knew his shit drugwise and chemistry wise.
It contains pepper extracts (capsicum and black pepper), as well as camomile to settle your stomach, and a little guarana to counteract the camomile. The people in the shop were enthusiastic about it (surprise). They claimed it gives you energy, makes you feel clear-headed and motivated, etc.
And my brother has some, and he says its not bad (and he's reasonably experienced with E, speed, K and acid).
Costs NZ$40 for 4 - dosage is 1-2. Cheaper than E anyway.
