Opioids new dose

How long does it take to get used to a new dose say if you have cut down a decent bit or switched from a stronger one to a weaker one.
obvs gonna have mild withdrawal but how long till my body be used to a new dose. I dont want to go on methadone. I hope to cut the oxy down and go on tapentadol from pain clinic.
 
Hey Hezman, you really need to make sure that your threads have a clear objective and are actually answerable before you post. You have a lot of threads out that are pretty much unanswerable.
