Heroin Needle too big?

The needle is too big to use for IV if it is larger than a 27G. I would not attempt to IV with anything larger than a 27G, ever. I would not personally choose to use a 27G for IV use personally but many people on Bluelight would.

I use 31G, I believe it is the most ideal gauge for myself. Other people really like the 30G, sometimes 29 or 28 gauge.
