Hey guys,

So i came here for advice cause i know you guys know alot about fitness , im like 26 years old havn't been to a gym in over 2 years, currently coming off etizolam which is going well, none so far this week which is good, i do smoke and i am looking to cut that out aswell in the coming weeks with using only cannabis as my kind of relaxant aswell as some clonazepam when needed,

I know its pretty lazy to just come in here and say come on guys give me a workout plan, i play poker alot so i have to fit my time around that, so really essentially i am wanting a sort of quick workout plan i can do weekly before my sessions.. at the gym working on two diff muscles each day, with some rest days, i would even go far as saying i would like to try 3/4 days a week and try to up it consistently to 5 days a week (with a rest day inbetween)

Another drawback is i am a vegetarian, and a fussy eater at that, i need some foods that are full of protein, any tips, i dont even eat fish :\ so kinda hard, i done 20 press ups monday before my poker session which i thought was good, next day i managed only 17. i think i weigh around 10stone and am around 5'10/11 , very skinny though but do need to to trim a tiny bit off my stomach gluteals.. gonna try eat some peanut butter and drink some milk and push out another 20 , well try lol!

Im gonna join the gym up again tomorrow, its only round the corner, i am not looking to get HUUGGEEE , i am looking to build and define some muscle, aswell as the psychological benefits that come with working out ..

Be something in it for one you guys next time i bink :) much regards , Bare_head :)

I recommend the ICF 5x5 program, it's a full body program though. Google it. I'm not vegan but it's actually easy to get enough protein from non-meat sources. Beans, skimmed milk, whey, oats, hemp, soya, there's a ton of choices.

What about eggs ..?? Highest BV of any protein food... 100%....!!!

Thanks for clearing that up for me.

When I was younger, the word vegan wasn't used as much. Everybody was some type of vegetarian or another.
It's all craziness to me, but hey, whatever.

GF, when I was locked up, we used to get a kick out of being gross all of the time. We speculated that an egg was 100 Bio available, because it was an unprogressed organism. Life, in it's simplest forum. So we concluded that sperm was also probably 100 percent Bio-available lol. "Bro, you know what you need to do if you want to get big...."

Eggs and milk come from animals so vegans wont eat them (honey comes from bees so they won't eat that either). For a vegetarian the egg and whey route

Lol sperm shakes

lol
We used to say "you probably get a gram or two of protein per cum shot. So, if you could just suck 50 dicks in a day, you'll probably see some good results"

Let's market Bull semen as the ultimate protein. Loaded with test boosting minerals. BB.com fags will literally eat that shit up.

^^^We'll call it "trenbullone". Patent pending by serotonin's jungle joose LLC

I'm not sure if I like Tren in the name.
We'll probably have to hire a marketing team to figure this one out.

Peanut butter would be a good choice.
peanutbutter is very fattening and causes inflammation for some people. Almond butter is a better alternative

*sigh* all you vegetarians and vegans killing them poor plants! *cries and clutches dandelions* I wont let you eat their roots guido!
