Need help with large extraction of MST continus 100mg tablets

Hello all,

I am a long term opiate user and a friend has recently approached me with a large stash of the grey 100mg MST continus tablets.We are intending to extract the morphine freebase from the tablets which we will acetylate using AA.I think my friend will be most happy with a product which resembles smokable brown.
I would really appreciate some advice from anyone who has experience of this process,especially with large numbers of tablets.Most of the information on the process that I can find is pretty vague when it comes to seemingly important details.

I'm not sure about it, but you can use the search function here to get more answers. Are you in the UK or Australia, because it's not common to do that in the US, but I've heard it mentioned in those other areas.

What I would do is get a list of all of the inert ingredients and their solubility ( and morphine's ) in various solvents and systematically remove impurities while still retaining the morphine.

We really can't help you convert your morphine into heroin, as Tommyboy said, there is discussion on the extraction of these pills elsewhere. It is against the policy of this forum to discuss synthesis.
