Need help to start shipping

Hi, so a friend of mine has recently relocated to a country where he has access to many meds and chems. He is wanting to start shipping to people in need but doesn't really know how to pack/ship discreetly. Does anyone have any experience receiving or sending parcels that were well packed. If anyone could help with methods or tips for my friend, I would greatly appreciate. Thanks in advanced,
