Opioids Need help please with IV prep of Mylan Morphine sulfate ER pills

Today I got some 60mg Mylan morphine sulfate ER pills. In the past I've had the AMG and Mallie's and don't have a problem preparing them for IV use. I have searched the forums for help but have not found an answer on how to shoot these. Can someone please explain the best way to prepare these for IV use? Thanks for the help!

The best way would be to crush them and saturate them in water for 24hrs, then to run them through a micron filter

The method I've always used would be to first take the coatings off the pills with water, dry and crush them, and set them aside while you heat water in your spoon to the point of boiling. Then drop in your powder and heat again quickly-it will dissolve. Filter and draw up into a syringe-you only have a brief window before you can get the morphine out and leave the sludge behind, though, so you have to work fast.

Wheel filters are a lot better/safer, but this will work with cotton too.

I used to do it a bit like this. I got a technique that is perfect.

I don't take off the coating. I just crush the pill. I added benadryl in my shot with the pill I dunno if that is exactly good for your veins but hey this is drug abuse.

So I put 4 ccs of water in like a measuring cup or egg poacher. I add a pinch of sea salt. The salt keeps it for gelling and makes it a saline solution.

Anyways I have a 3cc needle and a 1 cc needle. I boil the water until the salt disolves and is really going. I just rig up a cheap lighter to make big flames.

I drop the morphine and benadryl in the water and drop in 2 or cottons and mix it up and then draw up. I use the 1 cc if there is anything left.

If you fuck up the cook add more water and heat it up again. You will know after a bit of practice. The 3 cc needles hold about 3.5 ccs really.

So at that point I would either slam it all home (don't push your limits, that is a strong fucking shot) or take the plunger out the 1 cc and fill it.

I dunno if anyone else does this but I leave the 1 cc in and then pull out the plunger and refill from the 3 cc and push the plunger back down and repeat.

But anyways it worked for me and I did shot up morphine er's daily for over 4 years and I call it the boil and drop technique.

And also, you are talking about the mylan brand Morphine Sulfate ER tablets correct?

You can use this with any of any brand except for the Kadian which is like little beads.

As long as it is the time release ones that are wax based. This particular recipe is for the brand with the larger tablets.

For smaller tablets you may be able to use a bit less water, I forget.

Also to use more tablets add one more ml per tablet.

I never took off the coating. The coating made things a bit easier visually and for prep.

I also think there is some morphine in the coating. The coating sure tastes like morphine anyways.

IR pills do not require any such method btw so this is for MS contin ER for any brand that is wax based, which is basically all of them.

You probably still need a good amount of water for the smaller tablets, especially if you want to add benadryl.

I used this much water as it was the smallest amount I could use to get the whole pill into liquid form in one go, but like I said before you may want to use a bit less water for smaller tablets, like the ones that are the size of IR morphine or IR oxys.

The multiple cottons are to be lined up next each other and a 3rd added halfway through the draw just to make it draw up fast. Don't worry because when they are stacked together cottons will all just act as one big filter and suck out the fluid from the cotton next to it, but the whole point is to filter out the particles.

You do want to draw up rather fast or you will have to recook a bit to get all of it.

I hope this was helpful. This is the best method I found. I have seen most people just put the crushed up pill in water and try to cook it out which doesn't yield as much and is not as good of a solution.

I found that once you get the method down you can get a clear solution. It will probably take a long time to get the good at it and by then you will probably have a serious drug habit, but still this is the best method I found.

I had read various methods and this is my own adaptation which I used for over 4 years.

I do want to say that morphine is sometimes underestimated. Anyone I showed this too in the past had found this was way stronger than any other way they had used morphine er and I always insisted they try half their regular dose at first. Shooting morphine with a 3 cc is a very intense and possibly deadly move. The histamine pins and needles effect hits very hard.

I have seen someone pass out after doing this. I am glad I had nothing to do with it but I was there. We were able to keep the person conscious but it was scary none the less.
