Need Advice on 2nd Beginner Cycle

Last year, I started my first cycle using Test Cyp alone E3D but had to cut it short after 4 weeks due to business travel. I didn’t want to carry that stuff along with several needles on the plane. Yesterday, I started my new cycle and would like some advice. The cycle is for 12 weeks followed by PCT.

Test Cyp 220mg E3D for 12 weeks
Dbol 20mg ED for 25 days
Anavar 40mg for last 27 days of cycle

Two weeks off followed by clomid/nolva for PCT using recommended guidelines found here and on several other sites. Might do 5 weeks PCT due being 40 years old.

This cycle is based on what I have on hand.

I feel good about the cycle but wasn’t sure about the Anavar at the end. I will be taking milk thistle throughout the cycle.

Test Cyp only needs to be injected every week due to the half life. You want to be doing between 500mg and 600mg EW. Anything lower isn't worth it.

20mg ED of Dianabol is a waste. Bump it up to 40mg at least.

Anavar at 40mg is an absolute waste. That's the dosage women use. Either bump it up to 80mmg-100mg or use another steroid.

Get your hands on some more gear bro.

Thanks for the advice. Took 40mg today and will do so until supplies are depleted and I'll take 80mg of Var at the end of my cycle. Based on the amount on hand, that should last 2 weeks...
I don't want to waste any more money getting Var (expensive). Is it better to use the Var at the end or should I move it somewhere else on my schedule?
When is the best time to take the dbol? I'm taking it about 4 hours before working out and all at once. Is that cool? Sorry for so many questions but I do appreciate the expert advice.
 
I personally wouldn't use anavar. The pricing is outrageous though the results are usually kept as they are slower in progression so retaining them isn't as worrisome. Some people have had luck in getting it in raw powder form at a reasonable price. Me personally I'd go with the dbol for kickstart and possibly epistane for the last weeks of a cycle as the gains are dry, it controls estrogen well, and is rather easy on the body, ontop of all that its legal and cheaper.

Anavar is waste unless you happen to be a woman or have a bodyfat of 7%. And only two weeks bro? Ugh. Not even worth it bro. Get your hands on some Epistane via amazon and run 50mg ED for 4 weeks in place of the Anavar.

Dianabol needs to be run for 4 weeks minimum. Anything less is a waste. You should take 20mg in the morning and 20mg in the evening to keep plasma levels stable.

Its not often I would disagree with Guido, so I won't, but will offer an alternative view based on what has worked for me over the years..

Test Cyp' half-lifes at about 6 days so in theory and for ease of maths (if your into that thing) once a week could do fine, what research I have on Testosterone release times does show with Cyp' (as with Enanthate) blood levels peak at about 2 days and reduce at a steady rate to account for the esters half-life. Working on this principal to achieve steadier blood concentrations injecting every 3 days might be optimal... In saying this a friend of mine over in Aus' injects once every 7-8 days and is the biggest strongest MF I know....

There is a common misconception that every cycle must start at 500mg, begin with a front load and every cycle thereafter must increase in dosage..? Yes there is a study out there that shows the trial group on 600mg/week gained more than those at 300, 100 and 50mg/week respectively.. I would agree you will grow the most on those first few cycles and they will be the ones you remember..
We all gained our best in our first couple of cycles and now just try and work out things to keep our gains meandering along. If you take time off you can gain on similar or even smaller doses than previously up to a point. But are we making those 10 and 15k leaps we did when we first started? My guess is no, not for me anyway. I would say that after a while we are just treading over old ground. I have been at it for many years now and I know how it goes. We tick along keeping our test levels somewhere we think we feel good and are training well. Then if we want to progress a bit we whack a bit more in. I gain still on relatively low doses...

I remember back in the day dead-lifting 600lbs @ 78kgs as a 19yr old on 25mg/day Anavar, Dr Ziegler and Ciba used to recommend Dbol at 5-15mg/day....

I blast/cruise and haven't been off in over 4 years, I'm currently on 0.4ml Test 0.2ml Mast X 2/week and in 12 weeks have gained 5kgs, which for me after 35 years is a huge increase....

We are all different, what works for one person may not work as effectively for someone else, but in saying that when you start with a base of 500mg Test even 20mg/day Dbol works out at another 140mg/week, that in itself is over twice/3 times the average dose the body naturally produces..

I bet no one on here is a competitive Pro Body-builder, therefore no one should be looking to emulate Pro Body-builder cycles, I believe we can better achieve on less compounds and more thought on diet and training...
