I used to take various substances like mephedrone, coke and ketamine and I have noticed that my septum is concaved making one nostrill bigger than the other inside my nose, I also have a slightly raw feeling in my nose even if i havnt snorted any drug for months. Im not sure if this is down to my drug use or if it is something noramal. Im not asking for a diagnosis but i would like to hear about other peoples experiences with the damage that drugs can have on the nose/sinus.
