Hello,

I posted another question in the homeless thread since I'm not sure where this post belongs. Sorry! I'm new here. I'm in pain and having trouble getting pain meds. I'm going to take steps to resolve that but for now I'm considering buying some on the black market. It certainly is not ideal for me.

But, if I were to purchase pain medication on an online marketplace, how would I know it's safe?

Would I know it's safe?

Are there counterfeits? And if so, can they be dangerous or are they just ineffective?

Can unsanitary shipping conditions be a problem?

Do buyers ever get busted for small amounts?

I realize that on some marketplace websites reviews of can be posted about vendors. But since I'm not part of any community, how would I know if I could trust the reviews? If even reviews on Amazon and Yelp are fake, why not on the black market?

I'm in pain and quite worried. Any help would be much appreciated.

Many of these meds come from India (I'm told) Probably not up to snuff. I tried them but found them weak at best. A pain clinic is your best option.

If you try to order stuff like through online pharmacy's 9/10 times you will be screwed out of however much money they can take off your credit card. If you use foreign pharmacies expect to have you're credit card information stolen. The only drugs ordered over the internet that actually came and were legit in my experience were off the tor network, if you don't know what the tor network is then quit now before you get fucked. There is no way to know if it's safe, you're taking a random shot in the dark. As the person above me said a lot of these meds are counterfeits made in places like India, you have no idea who made them or what's in them, so if they do happen to send you something, which is unlikely to begin with, it's probably not any good.

If they are coming from overseas they have to get through customs, if it's a small amount and packaged well it will probably get through because of the huge volume of mail they have to check, but if they catch it and you're not ordering ridiculous amounts what usually happens is the government sends you a letter saying they have a package with your address on it that contains something illegal, they give you the option to claim the package in a certain amount of time or they will destroy it. Obviously you wouldn't want to claim it cause they'd be standing there ready to slap cuffs on you and charge you for international drug trafficking. If you don't claim it they destroy it and you USUALLY don't hear anymore about it, some people I know have gotten several of these letters, they don't respond, and it goes away but I'm sure if you get caught enough times they will charge you with something. If it's a large enough amount of drugs that they consider worth prosecuting you for they will do what's called a controlled delivery where they let the package get to your house, watch the delivery happen, wait long enough for you to open the package and then bust into your house and arrest you. You'd be better off trying to find stuff locally, ordering drugs off the internet is asking for trouble unless you know your way around the tor network and have a safe shipping address that can't be traced to you. If you are in legitimate pain it should be really easy to get a referral to a pain clinic and get them legally.
