Just wondering the differences between Naltrexone and Naloxone and if its possible to extract and isolate the 2.5mg of Naloxone from an 8mg Suboxone tablet?

Naltrexone lasts a long time, naloxone is a short acting antagonist.

Bottom line: there is no reason to separate the naloxone out of Suboxone. You can sublingual, snort, IM or IV (after micron filtering) Suboxone and naloxone is not active with any ROA. This is because buprenorphine has a higher binding affinity for the mu-opioid receptors.

At a similar dosage, Subutex and Suboxone are the exact same drug experience. There is no difference between the two.
