Correct me if I'm wrong
Bupe sublingual= around 30%
Bupe Intranasal= around 50% or higher (Fuck the strips!)
Bupe I.V.= 100%
Bupe I.M.= ???
Bupe Subcutaneous =????

Does anyone know the Subcutaneous (skin popping) BA of Bupe
Or does anyone know the I.M. BA of Bupe?
Also, What is naltrexone's BA Sublingual, Intranasal, I.V. (100% no?), I.M., and Subcutaneous BA of Naltrexone.
IF you don't know all of them please share the knowledge that you do know about the BA of different ROA's of Naltrexone!

Naloxone is the drug in e.g. Subutex, not naltrexone.

IM bioavailibility of bupe would be high >90% but carries a serious risk of abscess formation if it's not absolutely sterile. Same with SC.

Naloxone is essentially not orally active (BA of something like 2% orally, presumably similarly low for sublingual admin). It seems to have a high enough nasal BA to be effective as an emergency opioid antidote via that route. And it's got high, >90% BA via injected routes. It is extensively and rapidly metabolised though, pretty much all of the dose wears off well before the bupe does.

Check out one of the, say, 14 bupe mega threads... see the OD directory.
