Hello, everyone. We started slimming down the site earlier in the year for a planned upgrade, but progress stalled awhile back. We're picking it back up again, and this forum is now on the clock. We've created the PENDING DELETION folder atop the forum and ask that you give a quick read of the threads in there to see if any are really still worth keeping. By the date shown for Pen Del, all threads in there will be deleted from the database. Between now and then, look over the threads, and use the REPORT function to flag any you think the mods should save by moving to the local Archive folder.
You may wish to look at the current archive folder (NAE Archive) to get a feel for what kinda things are really worth keeping and which aren't, though the ultimate decision resides with the mods and staff to save or let something die.
So, you have a little over a week to help us determine what, if anything, currently in Pen Del needs to be saved, then it's wiped out. At that point, I'll reload the Pen Del with another round of threads for review. Rinse and repeat until we're done. M'kay?
This exercise needs the help of anyone with the time, and an interest in preserving truly good content from this forum. Your help is wanted and needed.
