k so I just started taking the BSN N.O. xplode nt + cell mass post workout plan and I gotta say im getting some side effects that im just not ok with. my first day on the N.O. yeah i had lots of energy and pumps for my workout. but after my workout was over I just felt plain crappy. kind of adderalish or coke-ish to be specific. jittery, loss of apetite, coke dick.. and I just got a new girlfriend to so its not wise to throw a wrench into the sex department.

im thinking of cutting out the N.O. all together and just sticking with the cell mass, i mean its better than nothing, but now im wondering could the cell mass be part of thise adverse effects, i really feel its the N.O. but you never know

any advice?
 
you're getting those side effects from the unnecessary amount of caffeine in BSN's products...Don't worry they will subside after taking it for a week..

try USPlabs jacked or Nutrex hemo rage black
 
the cell mass loaded with caffeine to? honestly I felt like shit I dont really want to take the N.O. at all anymore but ide like to stay on the cell mass

You speak the truth but although I am an advocate of USPlabs Jack3d, it will also make your crash pretty bad if you're sensitive to caffeine. I never tried hemo rage black so I cannot comment.

i disagree...all substances and supplement's effects are subjective...sometimes I take 2 different NO products to create an almost synergistic effect.
 
I had the same problem as the OP with MuscleTechs NaNOvapor.

I solved it by simply using HALF the recommended dosage. Some people are more sensitive than others, why not just try taking LESS than the dosage they recommend? You do realize you can technically "overdose" on anything, and an overdose by my definition is when you take such a quantity of something that its negatives outweigh its positives. To me, that is what an overdose is. The solution? Simply lower the dosage until the positives outweight the negatives, pretty simple.

Its like smoking weed, people think you cant "OD" on weed. In my opinion, if you start getting really lethargic/lazy/burnt out from weed, its because your OVERDOSING it. Try smoking 1/3rd as much weed, and you'll realize it stops happening, thats the proper dosage for you.
 
Yer just started smoking some JWH-18 and finding it real easy to overdose. Taking too much of any substance is baddd news...

As for the OP that sounds like odd side effects from a NO product. I would have thought you would have had better erections, etc due to NOs effect on soft tissue.

To be honest though I've never seen the need for an NO product. ALA/Creatine is enough to give me great pumps.
 
You are reacting to the caffeine, try it with only one scoop.

I have had a cup or two of coffee everyday for over ten years at this point, and 1.5 scoops of xplode is still good for me.

Also, never take the stuff if you have to sleep in a few hours. I prefer to save it for when I work out in the morning or have a full day off.
