my views on certain foreigners

arent they wonderful? im watching the indian premier league cricket on itv4 and everyone, even the young ones can fluently converse in english. in fact when interviewed, some seem able to speak with their second language with more sense and eloquence than the majority of folks here do with their first. our country is gonna be so fucked up in a couple decades time. i mean its fucked up now, but still..

Staying on topic, it's fairly easy from people from former colonies to master their former master's language. I mean Indian children, especially those from wealthy backgrounds have a full immersion in the English language since they're really really young, they study it at school, in many cases they even speak it at home. Many attend international schools. It's hardly surprising to see foreigners speak the language as proficiently as the natives do.
