(answered) My trip report disappeared when I tried to post it

I wrote a looong trip report on 25-B and when I clicked submit it said I was not logged in. I pressed the back button and it took me to my trip report but all that was there was the title. Will I have to re-write the ENTIRE thing or does it save? Down in the right corner I see it say auto-save..
Please help.

The auto save is for the Javascript post editor. If you go back to the "create post" page it should have a "Restore Auto Saved Content" button you can push. If you don't see it then it's gone forever.

Some people prefer writing long things in a word processor rather than the BL post box for that reason.

This is really a question more suited for Support so i'll move it there.

When you log in check the box that says, "stay logged in", otherwise it will log you out before you are done writing.

If you are on your phone there is a writing program called xwriter which I recommend.

Can you tell me where the create post page is? I only know how to create a new thread..

I may just re-write the whole thing later tonight.

^ The create post page is just different terminology for what is technically termed 'create new thread', so if you're there, you're in the proper place.
