my new stack- give me an opinion already yo!

ok, so heres my new stack, give me some opinions on what i could to improve it:). i am prescribed adderall and lyrica, and a VERY small amount of opiates. any useful input is highly appreciated.

L-tyrosine-500mg BEFORE breakfeast. breakfast is usually honey bunches of oats with almonds (seems halfway healthy, lol). a half of a multivitamin/supplement with mental health support stuff (IE. st johns wart/ginko/yohimbe/ginseng/green tea/saw palmetto/PABA/coQ10) in the middle. 2400mg lecithin/choline after breakfast. also glucosamine condroitin w/MSM afterwards. often some speed follows as well :\.

2400mg lecithin/choline in the middle of lunch (usually high in carbs and protein) and 1-2000mg of a omega3/epa/dha mix afterwards. also another GC w/MSM.

every couple days i take 600mg XR ALA (alpha liopoic acid) and when i tweak i take some mixed ion magnesium.

and for desert- lyrica/gabapentin and plenty of bourbon whiskey =D.

edit- the plan is to (money pending) have piracetam (preferablly hydergine) coming in the next few days. i plan on taking it every other day or so after the loading phase.

Anyways, breath and become conscious of ever cell in your body. keep taking the omega3 and eat whole fruit (this is a natural anti-oxidant)

st johns wart/ginko/yohimbe/ginseng/green tea are all psychoactive and should be used with caution.

The proteins you are supplementing can all be derived from whole foods. Use carefully.

I don't know much about piracetam. I use choline with unclear results.

sounds like you really don't know what you are doing and you have pulled off some popular nootropics from other people's regimen's and thrown them together.

Toss the tyrosine, skip taking the stimulants, go low on the piracetam, eggs and lecithin oil are enough for choline, and don't bother with hydergine.

What are your goals?

As stated above, st johns wort, gingko, yohimbe and ginseng have effects on your body. be careful. I think yohimbe sucks

choline is good, omega 3s are good for your brain

Piracetam is not hydergine. Are you saying you want to take both simulateneously?
Don't take over 1200 mg piracetam per day
Hydergine can affect your blood pressure
 
G_P- you could say that anybody just copied off of someone else for their regimen, there are only so many basic things to take man. and your quite correct in assuming i dont know it all, thats why im asking opinions yo.

just out of curiosity, why toss the tyrosine? i thought it was a good dopamine precursor? i take it to try to replace some of what the stims burn up. my goals? to be sharp and healthy!

^i know piracetam and hydergine arent the same. i was implying that if i have more money that i would choose hydergine. or maybe both. they are suppose to hydergine really well.
 
Here's a good stack:

Multivitamin
Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) and Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR)
Fish Oil
High quality whey protein supplement

that's it

yohimbe is screwy, too much will make your heart race
