I suffer from bpd, bipolar, anxiety.depressiion.
my fats a mess i cant get it lean, sometimes i get that depressed I lie there and throw fags ends on the fukin fooor then when i fee normal I lke wtf then get it sorted.
Im going through withdrawa from fuk knows how muh oxy/morph im presribed 80mg a day surelywont be so bad to get tothat dose??

My friend, you seem like you've been taking too much oxy for too long.

I know that I'm a stranger who doesn't understand your situation, but I would suggest a therapist.

In lieu of that, I would suggest a recovery program or (and this is worst-case) trading off for THC products. Best of luck to you. Please try to limit your doses. Too many people die from opiates in the USA, regardless of where you are.

Are you being treated with medication for your Mental Illnesses?

I think you surely can get to your recommended dose. Just take it one day at a time, and keep us updated along the way. We're all ears and here for you.

Also, i find walking really helps me. Helps the mind and body - maybe it would help with weight loss and depression. Just an idea.
