He has no benzos just otc's and alcohol what do u guys suggest is best

I used alcohol to come down off adderall already.

Yeah, I eventually passed out... the next day though, I felt like shit. And I mean major shit.

And that was after only 20mg adderall xr.

Uhh....hes fucked...thats really the only ting I can think of.

Id try alcohol, it helps me take the edge off and not be so tweaky.

Otherwise plan a little better an get sum benzos or opiates lined up if your gunna be binging on such a high dose.

OTC suck for addy comedowns; if he can get a good amount of benedryll he can try that but honestly nothing positive.

Nyquil did jack shit for me on an addy crash.

Benzos and/or opiates are almost a must when taking THAT amount...
