Hey everyone, long time user of this incredible resource and now wish to share some things ive learned. Most of this may have been covered in previous threads but i think its worth revisiting - harm and hangover reduction.

For the first time, today im not feeling devastated after a good night. Last night 1.5 caps of tested molly (160mg per cap). I have never felt depression after an experience (days or weeks later) but would always feel like crap and depleted for a few days after.

This weeks preparations i feel reduced the damage.

Apart from the givens of eating healthy and exercise, i took a multi vitamin each day. I supplemented this with an organic fruit juice (a little more expensive but you get the nutritional value - one bottle each of orange and a berry mix - no from concentrate crap), starting with one cup a day for 3 days, ramping to 2 cups per day, then on the day of, 3 cups, the last one (the berry mix, i found the more acidic orange to provide a more intense experience with some unpleasant stomach reflux in the past) about an hr before i drop.

I ate a light meal of meat and vegetables and a bread 2 hours before, and i ate the exact same meal an hour before i went to bed.

stayed hydrated with a powerade and a 750 ml bottle of water with 1 teaspoon of seasalt added.

Surprisingly, today, i feel great - no symptoms i've had in the past. I hope this info can help others.

That's great you feel fine- I usually don't feel like crap until 2 days after I roll though. 240mgs does not sound like you did a ridiculous amount, which I think is a big key.

You'll find a lot of people (including myself) pre-load on piracetam and post-load on 5-HTP with great success too. Piracetam is a brain supplement that not only provides clarity for every day use, but seems to potentiate the positive effects of stimulants. 5-HTP is even more common, and is believed to help with serotonin regeneration.

I also find getting as much sleep as possible helps.

As long as I take good breaks and don't take ridiculous amounts I don't get the day after crash and just a little bit of depression two or three days after. I think not taking too high of a dose is pretty important factor.

Not taking a huge dose is a big one but also eating something before you sleep I found helps out a lot too. The one time I forced myself to eat something before I slept seemed to have made a noticeable difference in how I felt the next day (which was little to no comedown feelings).
