Murder Libel theory for the Ripper Murders

I'm leaving Martha Tabram off this theories list of "ripper" victims. Her wounds and manor of death do not match with the other victims. She was obviously a victim of a brutal murder but as her throat was not cut, she was not disemboweled and was brutalized while still alive Im going
to leave her of this victim list.

These murders have fascinated and confused thousands of people around a century and a half. Presented here is a strong case for these murders be a failed attempt at a blood/murder libel directed at the massive influx of Jewish immigrants.
The “blood libel” refers to a centuries-old false allegation that Jews murder Christians – especially Christian children – to use their blood for ritual purposes, such as an ingredient in the baking of Passover matzah (unleavened bread). It is also sometimes called the “ritual murder charge.” The blood libel dates back to the Middle Ages and has persisted despite Jewish denials and official repudiations by the Catholic Church and many secular authorities. Blood libels have frequently led to mob violence and pogroms, and have occasionally led to the decimation of entire Jewish communities.

Before we get into the blood libel theory proper we need to look at a few Jewish beliefs and traditions. We have to look at Exodus and Leviticus. These are key to understanding the failed blood libel.

Exodus is the biblical account of the Israelites fleeing slavery and persecution in Egypt. What we saw In the 1880s was another Exodus as the Jews were fleeing the Russia and Poland due to mass persecution. This included a mass Exodus into Whitechaple. Exodus is very relevant to the Jack murders as the ritual requirements and sacrifices of Exodus and Leviticus are clearly represented in the ripper murders. Jewish law forbids human sacrifice and the killings were clearly not done by a Jew. They were certainly intended to be blamed on the Jews in an attempt to insight pogroms. Living conditions were exceedingly harsh in the East End and the influx was massive.

‘Whitechapel’, declared a report of 1884, ‘has never thoroughly recovered from the overcrowding that arose when, night after night, wagon-loads of poor Jews were brought up from the docks, where they had just arrived, still panic-stricken, from Russia’8. And it never did recover. The forces that set the wagons rolling at the beginning of the 1880s drove with ever greater fury in the years that followed. The wagons were busy in 1886 to convey the influx that following the expulsion of the Poles from Prussia. They rolled even more hectically in 1891-1892 after the mass expulsions from Moscow and Kiev.

We have a mass exodus thats effecting Whitechapel at this time and I'm not going to go much further into the racial and economic tensions there at this time but Jewbaiter Jack the Ripper takes a deep dive into that scene.

To understand the bizarrety, brutality and nature of the post mortem dissection of the murders we need to look at the rituals and sacrifices found in the Old Testaments Exodus and Leviticus.

So they have been granted an Exodus into Whitechapel and this leads into the requirements of Leviticus. The requirements of Leviticus are sacrifices. These sacrifices are required to enter into a new covenant with God.

After the escape the Jewish people would regroup at the Tent of Meeting. The tent of meeting referred to an actual tent, but it also referred symbolically to an area of new settlement the Jews were granted by God through their exodus from persecution into a new land. Like the Jewish hood. Interesting here is the FBI Jack report notes that" if a line is drawn from 2,3,4 and five a triangular structure is formed."

Although not perfect a resealable outline of a house of meeting is formed on the map.

So in an Exodus priests are required to perform ritual sacrifice to enter into a new covenant with Yahweh (God). This is to welcome God into the new location or promised land. The meeting house is transitioned into the Tabernacle.

Israel’s journey through the desert, known as the Exodus, is a defining moment for the nation. It speaks to their liberation from slavery and declares their identity as the chosen people of God. Similarly, God reveals God’s own identity in a dramatic fashion. Yahweh is the one who fights for Israel, who provides for the nation, and who ultimately leads them to the Promised Land.

As the people of God, Israel was to live in a covenant relationship with Yahweh. After all, the Lord is relational in nature; God wishes to be known. The tent of meeting is erected for this very purpose. The tent of meeting was the location of divine interaction, a place where the people of Israel could plead their needs before the Lord. The tent of meeting, therefore, was a visual representation of the availability of God throughout Israel’s journey to the Promised Land.

3 Things Christians Should Know about the Tent of Meeting:

1. The Presence of God

The name “Tent of Meeting” actually refers to two different tents, each with the same purpose. As the name suggests, this was a place to meet the Lord God. At the start of the Exodus, this tent was placed outside Israel’s camp. Scripture records “Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the “tent of meeting” (Exodus 33:7). The implication is that only Moses or Aaron would make use of this tent. The cloud of God’s glory would descend upon tent of meeting while Moses talked with the Lord. The people of Israel watched from afar.
An important change happens with the construction of the official tent of meeting, sometimes referred to as the Tabernacle. Rather than being outside Israel’s camp, this new tent of meeting is erected in the middle of the camp (Numbers 2:17); it becomes the heart of the community. God's glorious presence is revealed in the midst of his people.

Similar to before, the cloud of God’s glory rests upon the tent of meeting. We read that “the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle” (Exodus 40:34). What is significant here is that the cloud of God’s glory now fills the tent of meeting at all times. Previously, God’s glory remained apart from the people and would only descend when Moses entered the tent. Once the new tent of meeting is erected, God’s glory is constantly present. It lifts only as a sign that Israel will embark on the next phase of their journey. The tent of meeting, therefore, spoke to God’s enduring presence with the people of Israel.

Part one.. done.. part two is coming. Stick with me as the big correlation and backing are up next.
