Do you have any comfort meds? Loperamide is over the counter at any drug store under the brand name immodium it will help withdrawal significantly at doses over 10mg. Benzos wI'll also help. You could also consider suboxone or methadone msintenance. Methadone has given me my life back after a 10 year heroine addiction.

I'm on day 3 with no dope but I've also been on methadone for the past 2 years so all I'm really contending with is the cravings and trying to break the cycle. Good luck, I hope you don't have too bad of a time with withdrawals.
