3. Briefly explain why you think the thread should be restored (instead of creating a new thread about the topic).

Please note: The old threads have been archived because most of them are out of compliance with the new structure we've set up here. There is no issue restoring an old thread if there is a legitimate reason, however, please consider the option of starting a fresh conversation. If the thread you request has pages and pages of off topic chatter or trolling, it will not be moved to CEP or S&T.
