the newest mortal kombat has been announced, screen shots released & a release date announced, Nov 10 2008. Surprisingly enough this is one of the first next gen mortal kombat games to feature a cross over of this kind, marvel vs. capcom 2 movee over! Batman The flash green lantern super man The joker cat & Wonder women have been confirmed so far on the DC side as of late. Jax Briggs, Kitana, Liu Kang,Scorpion. Row 2: Shang Tsung, Sonya Blade, Sub Zero on the side of MK expect more to be announced.
im unaware if theirs an Offical site yet but theirs a good few screen shots & trailers. The game has been verified by the likes of ed boon along with a DC rep.
"On June 24, 2008, in a interview with Ed Boon, he confirmed that all of the MK characters and DC villains will have fatalities, while DC heroes will have brutalities, which will function similarly to fatalities, except without killing the opponent"
-Initially i remember hearing their would be no fatalities or brutalities & i (being a life long MK fan) got seriously pissed! I am however glad to see they have reconsidered this decision & fatalities are in!
