I'm writing this from the midst of this combo, actually. So please bare with any spelling or grammar mistakes or weird stuff 
substances: 2 Bowls, Marijuana + 120mg MsContin (morphine sulfate sustained release)

About one hour ago I took both pills, chewed. Then at 45 minutes I smoked 2 bowls of weed. The weed is just about strong and I can feel the rush of euphoria associated with it. The problem with a weed euphoria is that it isn't as substantial as an opiate euphoria, it is more of a novelty, and leaves quickly with the rush. I begin to feel light and floaty, very goofy really. The morphine slowly glazes over me and I can very much pick out the mellow, smooth body high of the opiates.

I've got a mean hunger now, but there's nothing around to eat. Where the weed buzz is beginning to loosen up, the morphine is picking up strong. I am itchy, and I can feel this lovey, gentle tingling in my spine. It goes very complimentary to the weed, and I think this may be one of my more preferred combos now. Trouble is opiates are just so damn expensive in my area.
I have more of a mindfuck as well. The tv is a little confusing and I find my thoughts sort of
"bouncing" around in my head. It's hard to decide what to do and I'm hoping that as the weed passes I will mellow out.

Perfect. This is just perfect. The weed has slowly subsided and now I can feel the almost sharp euphoria, which seems to roll up and down my spine. It is very tangible, very real, much more than marijuana ever is. I suppose that is my only real problem with weed. I feel almost like I want to nod, which is simply a remarkable feeling. I keep my head up only to watch cartoons, and periodically drink a vanilla coke. I feel like the vanilla right now.
Conclusion
I am still feeling the morphine strong now, but damn what a nice combo! It almost makes me not crave weed at all because the morphine drags out the come down into an opiate high. I feel these two work very well, and have an amazing synergy. However I think more weed would be an improvement, as well as a better opiate, like oxycontin or percocet.
