If you can get 4-MAR then you're onto a winner, it's the stuff of lore, but it's not exactly an RC.

If you are looking for the most potent by weight then I think it is desoxypipradol of which you wouldn't take more than 5mg.

If you're looking for the best of the list I'd say 4 methylaminorex. Although I haven't tried it. Sounds lush though. But I doubt you'd get your hands on some.

Next best would be one of the fluoroamphetamines - 2,3 or 4 based on personal preference. Most of the rc cathinones are fairly mediocre.
