On zispin, which is good, but not doing the job entirely.
Was on lexapro, minimal effect.
Started 150mg effexor 5 weeks back.
Cleared up my IBS, some clear improvements, but still need more.
Only, sexual dysfunction is one horrible side effect.
So, before I up the dose of effexor, I want to explore my other options; a med that may not carry that side effect.

And Moclobimide - which seems very appealing.
In terms of potential efficacy, how would they stack up?
They're reputed to be individual, as in, different efficacy for different people - but, general reputation...?
