Molly and vitamins

I've read and heard in more than 1 occasion that taking vitamins before you take molly will make for a more intense roll... something to do with increasing your levels of serotonin before releasing them with mdma. Doesn't have to be vitamin pills, could be cranberry juice (high content of vit. C) or oj.

Based on your experience, what do you have to say about it? Truth or bs?
 
Ok, by what I was reading, vitamin B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12) increase serotonin levels.

Vitamins C, E and other antioxidants help protect dopamine-using neurons.

I guess, considering MDMA releases dopamine an serotonin, it makes sense to have those 2 neurotransmitters at high levels in order to get stronger effects from our molly.
 
i always take 100mg of 5htp 3 days prior to rolling and 3 days after rolling, 5 htp (tryptophan) is a ammino acid which replenishes and helps stimulate production of serotonin.
vit b6 is a good carrier of 5htp so i always consume a tablet of vit b6 + zinc twice daily (in your case perhaps 3 days prior + after)
nd i always consume 1000mg of magnesium which helps the aid of muscle clenching along side jaw clenches.... note this doesnt always stop clenching but it can aid it.
nd as stated above vit c has been known as a common choice to prevent neurotoxicity. i always consume 600mg of vit c daily, this helps aid neurotoxicity as well as it is good for the immune system
i always take these suppliments 3 days prior 3 days post. personal preference yes i do notice a difference, i like it more :P
one last thing, whilst rolling look at perhaps avoiding the booze and aiming for an isotonic sports drink like powerade, these drinks help replenish the lost body salts and electrolytes which are lost during rolling
