Misc Modafinil/Armodafinil - Dangerous/Bad Combinations?

I understand Modafinil/Armodafinil (I have the latter) stays in your system for quite some time and so I am worried about using other drugs on the same day.

For instance, if I used the Armo in the morning or around lunchtime to work and then took some MDMA/speed or some kind of recreational drug in the stimulant class during the evening, would there be an interaction? How about a few drinks in the evening? I usually only use a quarter or half a pill (so around 75mg).

I am also wondering about benzos and barbs. I have read some concerning stories about people who took benzos with the modafinil and started hallucinating or simply felt weird and uncomfortable. How long after ingestion of Modafinil is this it unsafe or unwise to consume benzos?

And finally, if it is unsafe to combine benzos with modafinil, what can be used to counteract panic attacks on the drug? I really enjoy the nootropic effects of Modafinil but sometimes I get caught up in the moment and accidentally dose a little too high and need something to take the edge off.

EDIT: Okay well I took a quarter at 11:45 to help me write, so is drinking at around 9pm a no-no? I've heard mixed reports

No interactions with benzo's or alcohol except that they will more than likely take away some of the effects of one another. Stay away from drugs that lower your seizure threshold (usually but not limited to other stimulants) while on Modafinil. That's all I can really think of.
 
So no other stims is a no-no? Okay, that's understandable, just wanted to clarify that.

How long after taking armodafinil is it safe to use stimulants? After the half-life (10 hours I think) or until the drug is completely gone? Armodafinil keeps me awake for quite a long time even though the focus effects are completely gone after 4 hours or so, but that was using a full pill, not a quarter. Just want to emphasise the stimulants would be used for social purposes and not for their wakefulness effects.
