Study MMA - show us your skillz vs I'm a pacifist

Guys, if you have any specific questions I am happy to answer them. Starting with wrestling in high school I was blessed to train with some of he best people in the world (Renzo Gracie, boxed in the Cus D'Matto camp...Cus was Mike Tysons' coach, etc) for 17 years and have done quite a bit of coaching. I have trained with many, many MMA pros. I also moderate a wrestling forum.

So please feel free to ask me anything. This is a great forum and training in martial arts is an excellent way to keep your mind off drugs. I would love to give back.

You go boy!

Do you still compete?
Me? No I am quite old. I trained well into my mid 50's. I competed in wrestling and submission wrestling, won a bunch of Naga tournaments 25 years ago. I had a couple of amateur/burner fights. My son is a pretty accomplished high school wrestler.

I'm a brown belt in BJJ and brown belt in Karate and cross train in wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai and MMA under a quality instructor. My teacher actually corners a very well known UFC fighter. I've never had an MMA fight but I've competed in at least 33 BJJ/submission grappling matches, both no-gi and Gi.

Silly video though lol. I'm not even sure what that guy is doing.

I'm also not totally sure what this thread is for but, yeah, thought I'd respond.
