Mixing opiates

Is there a health risk in mixing a small amount of morphine (oral liquid) and codeine also a oral liquid with one oxy?
Both amounts of morphine and codeine are not enough to get off on alone.

I don't know what the official line on this is, but I've done it plenty of times with no trouble so I say go for it.

As long as you keep your doseages low, and don't have problems with any on their own it should be fine.

You should be absolutely fine. I've mixed tons of different opiates together. All it does is round out the experience a little bit. If you take more of one substance, that seems to be predominant. They don't have a synergistic effect (amplifying each other). So basically if you know what the effects of them are, you can just add them up to figure out how messed up taking a slew of them will make you. You said you're not taking enough morphine and codeine alone to get you off, probably the combination of the two will just be enough and then with the oxy you'll be good to go.
