Mixing GHB And METH

Speedballing is an opioid and an amphetamine. It's not a speedball but will have you thinking you're superman while still having the mental capacity of a 3 year old autistic kid. Sounds like a recipe to fuck up your qtc intervals, though.

It's not particularly dangerous as long as you don't take too much GHB. Given proper dosing, the most dangerous aspect would be unexpectedly falling asleep. Don't drive a car. You can feel deceptively awake. And yeah, it's not super healthy for your heart.

Technically the original definition is an opioid + cocaine, but the term is more broadly used these days to mean any upper + downer.

Back in the day, a  speedball was specifically an intravenous injection of heroin & cocaine.

Sounds like fun but it is kinda risky. That's what killed John Belushi. And these days it would be riskier than ever-- who knows if that "heroin & cocaine" has any actual heroin and/or cocaine in it?

I've heard a few variations as slang in my life

"working man's speedball" = high dose caffeine + bong hits

"tweaker speedball" = meth + benzos

I used to call meth + heroin a "shitball"


it's kinda difficult to come up with a nickname for for combos like meth + heroin

it's certainly an experience, but don't know what to call it

Meth+Dilaudid was Lenny Bruce's DOC. He wasn't picky about substituting Heroin for the Dilaudid.
 
Anytime you are taking a "belushi" and wondering how you could take that to the next level....probably not a great plan.

meth is stronger than coke
GHB is probably a stronger downer than H (do your own calculations)

I've heard horror stories of offline acquaintances waking up in hospitals or parking lots after too much GHB with meth.

The threshold for GHB is VERY sensitive. It is extremely easy to over do. The difference between "this is weak and offsets meth so I feel fine" vs "I blacked out last night" is very small.

I took a mild dose once because I was in a guys house who had a lot of the control over the situation. He wanted me to take a "normal" dose, but I didn't trust that he knew what normal was. Especially because he weight a lot more than me.

Do not "eye-ball" the dose. Use measurements. @Seanypoo

He was a homosexual recently retired COO in a penthouse with a fucking 2 liter bottle of GHB. He'd fly guys from across the country to his place to smoke and have sex.

I trusted him enough and we had a mutual respect, however he was the one who told me he woke up in a hospital naked so right off the bat, why the hell would I trust his measurements.

Speedballing is any combination of a stimulant and a depressant. It's not just mixing an opiate with an amphetamine. For example drinking alcohol and doing cocaine is also considered Speedballing.
 
I really do hope the OP comes back though. To understand that the threshold is very sensitive. This makes me want to check out the drug forums a bit more but everyone has something going on

Have you seen the futurama episode with the space honey. "1 spoon full will calm you do, 2 spoonfulls and you'll go to sleep, 3 spoonfulls and we never see you again" Reminded me of ghb lol.

Madness- In my region, or maybe just my mind (idk) a speedball is any upper + any downer. A "belushi" is always cocaine and heroin; lol I think of it as the "caviar" of speedballs. (dont play semantics beluga, belushi, w/e is close enough to remember / associate the two for me)
