Recently aquired some gabapentin. I usually take half an OP 80 and insuffate 4 mg of dilaudid to catch a decent buzz. I'm also taking .25 of klonapin. Is it ok to try gabapentin with these, or am I asking for trouble. I have 600 mg pills.

id say go for it. cant hurt much. id take 1-2 to start and wait a little while and work your way up

they will make you sleepy tho

ive drank somewhat heavy on it and been fine. a drink or 2 should'nt hurt, if your tolerance is light dont exceed more then 2 tho and remember you more then likely will be sleepy with that combo especially since you dont use the gabapentin. tolerance can build quick so either keep it low, to once a day, or alternate between different shit every other day. You can withdraw from it but i assume you would be having to take a lot of strong doses.

start at 2 and work your way up. you can take more but not less, but that's nothing you dont know already.

Started at one. Decent feeling. Just really wanted to test drive it. Hoping it helps with withdrawal next week. From what I'm feeling now, I think it will.

good shit man. if you do 2 it could really help with anxiety. if im really thinking hard about something and i feel my heart race i take a few of them and im good but it takes a little bit. it will probaly be better for the benzo w/d since im pretty postive it acts on alcohol and benzo receptors (GABA receptors i think they're called).

id take 1 morew but wait a little bit and then see how ya feel. just take it slow and be safe

Make sure to take your gabapentin about 2 hours after taking your opiate. If you take gabapentin before you take certain opiates it actually lowers the oral bioavailability. However if you take gabapentin after you take your opiate it will raise the bioavailability of the gabapentin. It varies between opiates how much gabapentin affects the bioavailability of opiates and vice versa. But the golden rule is to take the opiate before you take the gaba.

As for the safety of mixing opiates with gabapentin and benzos this combo can really knock you on your ass. Mixing benzos and opiates without a tolerance for both is a no no and can kill you but i'm sure you know that already. Throwing gabapentin into the mix won't add to the respiratory depression very much but 600mg's might knock you the fuck out mixed with all that. I am prescribed 800mg's of gabapentin 4 times a day but since that is a ridiculous dose i only take half the dose. I have been on gabapentin for about 6 years now and when i mix it with morphine or dilaudid and toss in some clonazepam and a anti-histamine like doxylamine or diphenhydramine i'll catch a good nod. I would however not recommend that combo to anyone else as i have a massive tolerance to opiates, benzos, gabapentin and a tolerance to anti-histamines.

I would strongly recommend not mixing alcohol and gabapentin. This combo will make you look like the town drunk in some old book if you take much gabapentin or drink much. I have a naturally high tolerance to alcohol and was a alcoholic years ago but when i was put on gabapentin 5 or 6 beers turned into 10. It's also not a good drunk either in my experience with it.

I've kept it to 600 mg and 1.5 drinks. I dosed post opiate. It's a pleasant addition. I do have a decent tolerance to opes and benzos, but I cut my normal oxy dose in half, and im trying to taper the kpins down anyway. I suspect that was a wise choice...

I usually mix all these except in extremely high doses and with a couple shots of liquor. I would start out with 2 Gaba's. Have fun, be safe.
