Has anyone done it? Do you think it would be safe in reasonable doses, say 100-150mg tramadol oral and 30-50mg AH-7921 sublingually?

I'm probably gonna try it anyway, so i'll let you know how it goes

That dose of tramadol shouldn't cause too much respiratory depression by itself. I think as long as you don't push the AH-7921 too much it won't be too much. If I recall correctly, 30-50mg of it isn't really a high amount. How much experience do you have with AH-7921?

i have mixed the two, 150mg AH and 60mg tramadol for the potentialisation, everything goes well. But i always be tell that tramadol can be very dangerous to combine, esspecially for drugs who act on serotonine. I don't know if AH is acting on it, i don't think so, but be carefull anyway.
