Heroin miss a shot of tar

i missed a shot of tar last week, and and i got a scary looking bump. its gone down a little, but the fact that its there really worries me. it never turned black and its been getting better daily, and i have been putting neosporin and aloe vera on it

what do you guys think i should do?
