Ideally I'd like this to be added to the anti-depressents and psychedelics page. People are often asking for personal experiences with this combo. I'm not prescribed mirtazapine, but I took 15mg 24 hours before a 4-aco-dmt trip with no reduction in the effects. Mirtazapine has a 26 hour half life in males, and 37 hour half life in females, so the drug was still in me when I injected 28mg IV 4-aco-dmt. I definitely tripped, however I will note that I puked my guts out, which could be related to the mirtazapine, but could just be because I drank alcohol and tripped after eating a small meal.
On the other hand, my girlfriend snorted 28mg, and she is prescribed citalopram and bupropion (wellbutrin). She experienced a high, but said that it was not visual, and I feel that most of the effects were negated by her meds.
