Milk Addiction.

Drinking 2 litres of milk is way better then drinking nothing isn't it?

Tell him to gain weight you have to stay hydrated and if he trys to say anything show him the 14123742109837498 websites that will prove him wrong..

Milk CAN be good for you, in moderation though.

It also varies greatly on the individual.

I drank about 2L of milk a day from 7 years old to about 14. I have never broken a bone in my life, and considering all the stupid things and sports I have done, its a miracle.

Milk is sweet. It is however pretty fattening.

I stopped drinking milk for about 10 years. Then recently I started drinking about 1.5L of whole milk a day mixed with meal replacement powder or in shakes (to gain weight). I eat a healthy diet and my meals are still what they were I just pound down my 500 calorie mix after each meal. I take a lactaid in the morning to make sure my bowels can handle it. When I first started drinking milk again I noticed my stool was much darker and softer than usual. My bowels seem to have gotten used to it.

As long as your friend eats well he should be fine. Milk does contain water.

I effin love milk . Full cream whole milk. I've kinda cut down tho esp since I'm tryin to lose weight.... ;) BUT DAMN! i love milk second to water.

Ya milk is definately pretty good stuff. I don't drink it as much anymore since I'm a bit intolerant to dairy but I still have it with cereal atleast 2 times a day. =)

There's a lot of evidence showing pasteurized milk could be incredibly bad for you. One study (called <somebody's name>'s Cats) fed cats pasteurized milk, then documented the proceeding generation of cats born from the cats fed the past. milk. The second generation onward suffered from disformities and various illnesses, including heart diseases. That means that our children might have these problems, as our parents are the first generation of humans to drink only pasteurized milk. Not saying this is truth, but it's something to consider (I love milk and chocolate milk bTW).

Milk is like Satan's cum, dilluted into the tears of virgin angels. I swear that everytime a mouthful of milk is swallowed, the ocean levels rise by 3 percent.

Milk has literally evolved for tens (hundreds?) of millions of years to be an ideal source of nutrition for infants. It has large amounts of easily digestible protein, high-energy fat, sugars, various vitamins and minerals.

Is it reasonable for adults to continue to drink milk? Certainly, although it shouldn't be a primary source of nutrition. It's a bit high in cholesterol and saturated fat, and short on fiber and some vitamins.

i hate milk, the only stuff i can drink is the watered down 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999% fat free stuff
