hello all I have been wondering how many of you here suffer from migraines and have a few questions
1. How many of you have tried the low amine diet
2. Did it work
3. if no to both how do u treat your migraines
The reason I ask is because I had really server migraines when I was a child and my family doctor put me on this diet and I haven't had a migraine for over 20 years. I would really like to know if this only works in children or also in adults.
