Michelle Martens, Fabian Gonzales and Jessica Kelley arrested for drugging, raping, strangling and dismembering Victoria Martens

A MOTHER, her boyfriend and his cousin have been arrested after her 10-year-old daughter was drugged, raped, strangled and dismembered on her birthday.
The Sun reports that police officers in Albuquerque, New Mexico found tragic Victoria Martens’ burning remains in a bath tub in the family’s apartment.

Details of what Governor Susana Martinez and investigators described as an “unspeakable crime” have emerged after cops detained the little girl’s mother, her boyfriend and his cousin.
The three were taken into custody late Wednesday night.

Police say Victoria was injected with methamphetamine, sexually assaulted, strangled and stabbed before being dismembered.
A caller told a police dispatcher before dawn on Wednesday that there was a disturbance in the apartment before officers visited the apartment to find the horrific crime scene.
Albuquerque Police Chief Gorden Eden Jr said: “This homicide is the most gruesome act of evil I have ever seen in my career.

A makeshift shrine for the girl had formed under a tree at the apartment complex with relatives and friends leaving flowers, balloons, stuffed animals and lit candles.
Gov. Martinez said in a statement the abuse and killing of the girl “is unspeakable and justice should come down like a hammer.”

The girl’s mother, 35-year-old Michelle Martens, her 31-year-old boyfriend, Fabian Gonzales, and his 31-year-old cousin, Jessica Kelley, face charges of child abuse resulting in death, kidnapping and tampering with evidence.
Gonzales and Kelley have also been charged with criminal sexual penetration of a minor.
Gonzales denied having anything to do with Victoria’s death as he was led out of the police station in handcuffs late Wednesday while reporters yelled questions at him.

The girl’s mother said nothing as she was led out and placed into the back of a police car.
Police said Kelley was hospitalised late on Wednesday and will be booked after she is released. No details were disclosed about why she was hospitalised.

The Albuquerque Journal reported that Kelley has a criminal history dating back to 2003 and court records show that she acted as a lookout while a woman allegedly raped another inmate at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in September 2012.
Kelley reportedly pleaded no contest to conspiracy to commit criminal sexual penetration and was sentenced to three years in prison minus nearly a year for time served.
According to the criminal complaint, the mother told police Gonzales drugged the girl so he could calm her down and have sex with her.

She said Kelley held her hand over Victoria’s mouth and stabbed her in the stomach after Gonzales choked the child.
The complaint also states that the mother told investigators that Gonzales and Kelley dismembered Victoria.
One of the police officers who arrived at the apartment found the girl’s body in a bathroom, rolled up in a blanket that had been set on fire. The officer put it out.

Albuquerque school officials identified the girl on Thursday afternoon, saying in a statement that “Victoria is in our thoughts and prayers as we hold our children just a little tighter on this sad day.”
Gonzales has a New Mexico arrest record stretching back to 2004, including a felony child abuse charge, driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.

This is on my mind as I try to sleep. I think all three should be executed, in public, and soon.
 
I am almost at a loss for words.

Very happy to see the Police fucked them up a bit, but really they need to be publicly crucified while covered in slow burning oils and ignited.. Roman style.

Why no murder charges?

Please throw them all into solitary for what I hope is a very long life.

On her birthday.. this story made me physically ill.

Oh God! This is mortifying. I just got a sick feeling that made my stomach turn reading this. I have seen some sick, dark and twisted shit in the drug world. Saw a guy get his head blown off in the car in front of me trying to do a snatch and ride on a corner boy. I was so desperate that I simply drove to the next corner and scored.

This is what really gets me more than that memory. I knew these tweekers that were dealing in pills. I would go over to their house all the time, which was more like a flop house, drug den. They had a bunch of camaras all over the place and one night this old tweaker was showing me a black and white video from the camara, on which there was a body on the ground with a dark stain. It was at that point I noticed a hole in the carpet. She cackled and said "that man don't come around here no more." I can't even begin to describe the feeling I had go up my spine. The house was so dark and the evil so alive. I split immediatly and never went back. I remember looking back at the house and I could have sworn it was breathing. I remember getting home and my grandmother had her rosary and was praying. It was like 3 in the morning. She was praying because she woke up convinced I was in trouble. You will never be able to convince me that evil isn't a living and breathing tangible force again.

I don't think it is the drugs but I do beleve that when some drugs are abused they lend themselves to the loosening of the moral faucet and can tap into the darker sides of our humanity. I have just seen so many instances, where people who wouldn't have otherwise done so, commited some crazy acts under the influence of drugs. Not citing this case as an example.

I guess the over all death, pain and suffering that drugs have inflicted apon me may tend to color my perception but it is undeniable the amount of suffering that drugs bring about in this world. Now if you are asking me if drugs are inertly evil. I would say no but I believe that some drugs could open one up to a dark force, through compulsion a weakening of the soul. Now what that force is I don't know.

I guess the line about evil being tangible threw you off. I didn't mean specifically drugs in general. I just meant that evil as a force is as alive as you and I in this world. I can feel it in my stomach. I feel it as a foreboding vibration. That's just my perception.

In all honesty. I don't see how anybody, who has spent anytime in crack houses in the ghetto or shooting galleries, walking with prostitutes and all the other lost souls hasen't felt those feelings before. A lot of sad stuff. Kids without mothers because mommy is so transfixed with a needle or crack pipe. Ugghhh... I don't really want to let the thoughts of all the ghosts of addictions past creap 'round to haunt my soul any longer tonight. I'm going to bed.

I've known a lot of tweakers in my life, people who've abused methamphetamine. Some of them were bad, dangerous people, others were just good people caught in a bad situation or recreational users.

However, I've never known any who would do something quite this evil. I find it very hard to blame drugs for an act like this. It takes a special kind of person to participate in the rape, murder and mutilation of a 10 year old.
 
Yeah..this really is something else...they should be publically beheaded. Fucking sick. I hope those nasty hookers got a beating too all over their bodies just like the cops did a number on that other sick mother fucker. I'd love to shotgun all 3 with rifled slugs.
 
I think the beating was from Jessica Kelley. She supposedly at least attacked Fabian and Michelle.

I think Jessica may have been the one leading it. Fabian for sure played his part. They were cousins. She had a forceful penetration charge against her, and attacked her mother. She is the one who stabbed the child, but Fabian strangled her. They were cousins, and he had sex with Victoria with her involved.

The mother just watched.

This whole thing is sick on so many levels. It really is something else, and I don't care if NM doesn't have a death penalty... they need to throw the book away for this.

I would as a favor end the life of the mother. I'm not saying she is at all innocent, but I kind of think she was weak, basically. She deserves to die. A lot of what pains me is the consciousness that she may come to, and the hell that she will feel, or should feel now. I'd ask her if she wanted it to end. Hopefully she'd say yes.

The other two, I don't care. Crucify them.

You can't blame the drugs. Either you have that shit inside you or you don't. Drugs are just a convenient excuse.
 
Mum Michelle Martens ‘liked watching daughter Victoria be abused’

THE mum of a 10-year-old girl found dead and dismembered told police she sought men online to sexually assault her daughter because she liked to watch.

The Albuquerque Journal reports that Michelle Martens told police that she had set up at least three encounters with men to rape her daughter, Victoria.

Martens, 35, said one of the men was a co-worker and the others, including Fabian Gonzales, 31, she met online.

Martens, Gonzales and Jessica Kelly, 31, a cousin of Gonzales’, have all been charged in the death of Victoria — who was sexually assaulted and killed on her 10th birthday.

Mugshots of Martens and Gonzales released by police showed them with bruises on their faces. In his statement in the criminal complaint, Gonzales said his cousin hit him and Martens with an iron. Martens said Kelley held her hand over the child’s mouth and she stabbed the girl in the stomach after Gonzales had choked her.

Martens told investigators she didn’t do it for the money and that she set up the sexual assaults because she enjoyed watching.

She told police she used the dating website Plenty of Fish to look for men to have sex with Victoria and possibly her younger brother.

“Michelle said ‘yeah’ when asked if she would agree with them over the internet or over the phone that they would come over and have sex with her children,” an investigator wrote in one of the documents.

A public funeral for Victioria will be held on October 29 at 11am.

this made me sick to my stomach also...how could people be so fucked up? its hard to imagine this is really what the world has come too. I wish i could get 10 mins alone with those 3 with just me and a baseball bat or something. hopefully prison justice is working its course on these pathetic excuse of a mother and her "friends".
