so I have a whole thing of focalin 42mg extended release capsules. I usually just eat one and feel good and concentrated with moderate euphoria for 8-12 hours but sometimes it really throws my emotions out of whack and it kinda ruins it. a couple days ago i decided to rail some of the salts and see if it was better and omg it was one of the most intense rushes I've ever felt and one pill lasted me the whole night. I did this two nights in a row and then stopped holy hell was the crash nasty. as much as i enjoyed it I don't find stims addicting like I do opiates but I still want to repeat the experience and was wondering how long I should wait in between uses since I know railing increases tolerance quickly. I have experience with both amphetamines and methylphenidate and have done them quite a few times but this is the first time I've ever snorted a stim. I was thinking at most only do it once a week or once every two weeks

Once a week is fine in my opinion. It probably takes about that long to fully recover from one stimulant dose.
I wouldn't mind also using adderall to some degree I just have no desire to build tolerance so I'm trying to find the balance off what's the most often you can do it while keeping tolerance from building. I've take. Stimulants many many times with no tolerance building but often it was once or twice a month with months breaks in between
