Misc methylphenidate + ecstasy/lsd - mixing guidance needed

Hi! I have just started Concerta (Methylphenidate) 18mg for ADD. I'm planning to use Ecstasy or Lsd (not going to mix both). I want to know how long do I have to be off Methylphenidate if I plan to take

a) Ecstasy
b) LSD

I have read a lot of the dangers of mixing Concerta and X, but didn't find info about how long time to be without Concerta if planning to use X (nor lsd).

Also, I'll be happy if you tell me knowledge/experiences when having Concerta + LSD. I've mixed Ecstasy and LSD before and it was the happiest freaky night of my life and nothing bad happened, even the creepy hallucinations felt just "cool". But concerta is new to me and I don't want to do anything stupid with it just because lack of knowledge.

Should be fine if you're already taking it everyday. Just take the day off from your med before you flip.
I do not recommend taking them at the same time though.
Methylphenidate does not mix well with thizz or lucy (at least for me personally)
