Stimulants Methylphenidate+Dextroamphetamine (Concerta+Dexedrine)

Methylphenidate+Dextroamphetamine HELP!!!

I take 30mg of dexedrine daily. 10mg 8 am, 10 mg at noon and 10mg at 4.
I took my daily dose of dexedrine and just (4:45pm) found concerta. I took 3 54mg pills, chewing some, hoping the XR fades.
Has anyone tried Dexedrine+Concerta?
Just curious on how it feels.
Also I reaaaalllyyy wanted to roll today but I don't really know if it's "safe" (or should I say; not extremely, extremely dangerous) to still roll.

Do not take Diph, that isn't a good idea. Only thing that's going to help is a benzo, that will help the anxious feeling. Adderall sometimes messes with my stomach, it'll always fade though within an hour in my experience. I don't know of any harmful interactions between the two, you just too a lot of mph, which is already a terrible drug imo.

It's going to take a while, but you're just going to have to wait it out. Don't physically exert yourself, try to eat semi-normally, and if possible take some benzos to prevent your anxiety from making your heart pound even harder. Avoiding diphenhydramine or any other drowsy OTCs (antihistamines) is the right advice--they can affect the heart negatively in large amounts, and I wouldn't even risk a small amount when my heart is already getting taxed so hard by a practical overdose of methylphenidate. I once took 144 mg of Concerta as an HS kid. Those were some of the worst 16+ hours of my life. You're on more Concerta and you have to deal with the dexedrine (though it will wear off long in advance of the Concerta) I've never felt my heart pushed that hard, certainly never for that long. The comedown took forever and I wasn't fully normal for a couple days. Goodluck and relax as much as possible. I have no idea how well chewing the "barrels" to defeat the time mechanism works, but at such a dose, the duration of the physical side of the stimulation is going to last longer than usual no matter what.

Wait it out, drink lots of fluids, and for fucks sake don't roll or take any more drugs. You've had more than enough stimulants.


You'll be fine, just very uncomfortable for 12+ hours.
