I recently got a hold of some 10mg Methadone pills...whats a good dose for these, and can I rail them?

They say methadose around the top rim and 10 on the bottom
they also have a diamond shape in the center and a score on the back

i myself railed 5mg, and was pretty good. my tolerance is pretty high, too. i can take 60mg of oxycodone and have a buzz, that's bout it. it burns real bad though, at least it did for me.
