Harm Reduction Methadone ruining ADD medication (Dexedrine)

I remember before I got on methadone, IV'ing dilaudid over some dexedrine when i would feel panicky from it was godly. I just cannot use dexedrine at the dosage of methadone I am at (60mg). The first 2 hours look like I will finally get some energy, methadone is quite draining physically, very sedating. I need the dexedrine even more. But then I will get nauseous, puke, get a splitting headache and i will puke bile with a hurty liver until the dexedrine is gone from my body. Is this common ? I never had problems mixing amphetamines with methadone. But I'm gonna tell people here that it's HR to at least not take Dexedrine while on Methadone. It might have been just fine with other opioids, but methadone is such a weird drug to start with I think it's possible the 2 do not agree in more than one person out there.

Um you need to stop taking Dexedrine. It clearly isn't working out for you. That's so NOT common for anyone to experience. Sounds really fucked up. Are you looking for a synergy? Methadone is sedating,but don't expect Dexedrine to do the work for you if your laying down. The whole throwing up shit. Why bother fucking with it. Seems like a nasty ass affect.
 
Yeah, it doesn't work ANYMORE you mean. I've used for 9 months where i wasn't on opiates everyday and it did the trick. Got extremely good results at work and it didnt show I was on a chemical at all. Now...nope. I don't have anymore, what i'm telling you about was from my last 3 10mg spansules i took sunday, i got sick like a dog from the combo. I often heard of amphetamines making some people nauseous but it never had happened to me yet.
 
Take some promethazine. It's magical paired with methadone, and really just takes your nausea, and kicks it ass! :)

That's some Really dumb dumb advice in terms of hr.

If 30mgs made you feel shitty I would not fuck with it anymore bud. Nausea Yes I can relate but more so with the Adder all from a few years ago mainly being core pharms.....oddly its just not as intense. It means there's something your body is not liking as I said.
