Opioids Methadone Inhibits CYP2D6 Does That Mean My Methadone Dose day before next's Stronger

Like the Title Says Methadone Inhibits CYP2D is that while the Drug is in your Body which is 24/7 so would that mean Dosing the Next Time it would Inhibits it through CYP2D Or Am I Wrong Does the CYP2D6 Only Lasts A Certain Amount Of Hours Until the Inhibition is Stops it would make Sense it Inhibits CYP2D6 Non-Stop 24-7 can someone Please Confirm with a Source Or some Studies you might Remember Reading?
 
This is what Happened Today. I am Still gonna Re-Dose on Other Shit maybe get some Cocaine hopefully I got almost Cups of Coffee after Snorting 15MG OF Hydro and then another 5 MG Later 24 Hours after My Last Methadone Dose and 2 and A Half Hours After One Grapefruit One 40MG Tecta Brand Pentoprazole PGP-Ihibitor and CYP3A4 Inhibitor for Grapefruit about 30 Minutes before 4MG Loperamide would of Used 6MG but that was all I had I think that is what let me get high off the hydro the gut receptors were filled and the hydro overpowered the left over methadone in my brnig providing a short less intense but a longer buzz and more expensive than I.V. Use With The Substance Especially without Micron Filters can I do like Hydromorph Contin Beads you see all the Filler left in the Spoon Injecting like 6-12 Without a Filter Will Not Cause Any Kind Of Damage will it I know it permanently Accumulates in the Lungs and Heart Eventually But I thought only Everyday Use of Pill Injections without A Micron Filter EVERY SINGLE DAY IS Or Often Enough To Consider Once In Awhile Or Occasionally Am I Right Or Can even One Pill Injection Kill Me?

Methadone doesn't inhibit CYP2D6. That is the enzyme mostly responsible for breaking down methadone.

Cimetidine does inhibit it, and will give your methadone dose a longer half life and higher bioavailability as it also raises the pH of your body---methadone is highly dependent upon pH for longer half life and higher BA. Methadone favors a basic environment and will last longer in one. That's why you see half life of methadone listed as 8-59 hours and BA up to 90+%.
