So I ran a few searches and didn't find anything that answered my questions.
Anyway I've been on MMT for almost a year and a half and aside frm the usual the side effect that really gets to me is the hot flashes. It drives me nuts!! I was electrocuted by a steam bath at work a few years back and have had issues with random hot flash attacks. Since I started methadone this annoying problem has gone into overdrive.
I want to know if anyone knows of any supplements or anything I could take maybe on a regular basis that would help make these attacks less frequent and intense?
