Since methadone duration varies from person to person. Im thinking it lasts about 24 hours till its all gone since i dont really feel sick till a couple hours before i dose maybe a few. But if i take it at 3 one day and wait the next day without taking it and then take it at 12 the day after waiting is that the same as taking oxy 2 days in a row?
