Opioids Methadone Confused.

I have one 10mg methadone.

ran out of my prescription of oxycodone about 4 days too soon.

I take about 15mgs of oxy everyday.

If i ingest like 3mgs is that even close to 15mgs of oxy?

and whats with this ramp up doseage bs etc

basically i wanna take it for 3 or 4 days.

am i gonna be in w/d?

CAN you use tramadol in conjunction with these.

and do you have to wait till all the methadone is out of me before taking my prescribed dose of oxy again?
 
IME 10mg methadone ~ 20mg oxycodone, but it really can vary

if you want to feel "covered" or mostly covered (probably won't cover all the way at these doses) i would say take 5mg a day. that'd mostly cover you for two days

if you want to feel as little sickness as possible for 4 days, you could try 2.5mg, and 15mg oxy per day isn't that high so you might feel mostly normal. you may have a runny nose, loose stool, etc, all the first signs of sickness. i'd suggest benadryl and loperamide (otc and otc) for those symptoms and potentiation, cimetidine(tagamet, OTC) to increase the methadone's concentration in blood stream (wouldn't reccomend continuing this once you're back on oxy)

p.s. the cimetidine, if you don't already use that to potentiate, will probably keep you from being sick totally. it'd make 5mg methadone more like 10 (guestimate) be cautious

If we're talking analgesia, yeah 3mg sounds about right to me.

Whether you'll be in withdrawal depends on the length of your oxycodone, or other opiate, use. Just taking 10mg's of methadone, regardless of tolerance and dose, won't put you through withdrawal.
 
yea i can take lope for my stomach.

i just dont want my leg to be in pain.

my legs trashed from when i was on a bike and a drunk driver made me skid about 40 ft into a ditch.

that bitch has caused me so many problems UGH.

i only get high off my meds like 4 or 5 times a month and thats just 30mgs i never go over that.
 
Let me just tell u this one thing.... I take 90mg methadone/ 80mg oxycodone per day and I ran out early one time and I took 200mg of oxy and was still sick no change then started taking 10mg methadone a day and I felt no wd's
