Opioids Methadone clinics and COVID

Can anyone here tell me what the situation is with the clinics during the pandemic? It wasn't long after the pandemic started that "Methadone/Bupe $1 a day" signs popped up everywhere in my area. Are they still making everyone show up in the morning for methadone or have them gotten more free with allowing take homes? Are they still doing group for methadone and bupe clinics?

Does anyone know what the deal is with all these signs I'm seeing? I'm seeing one every couple of miles on the major highways in the area and they're on just about every corner in the neighborhoods.
