Still not fully comfortable in the night time usually 90 knocks me out for a bit and i feel bit shit rest of day. I taken 70 6hours ago andmade me nod a little butnot slept i could tell the 20mg was missing im dosing now hoping it give me six more hours of comfort.
im gonna go up to 100mg might aswell if being offered i wont take that in one go though if i do the clinic would flip if knew i was taking it twice aday.
im just sixk of somedays it.lasting lomger than 24hours then somedays im up at 3am waiting for 7am grr seves me right for abusing heroin oxy and methadone at same time
i was on 70mg.meth and 70mg oxy at one point i tapered the oxy all way down to 30mg and went on dihydrocodeine now that hurt until i got put on 80mg
So they cut me down from.240 to 120 on a fortnite and gave me 85ml.meth then in a week i cut down the rest of the dihydro it wasnt.pleasant and now im on 90 so i may need a tiny bit more its more the pain is back in morning
